Dead Gigabit Power Supplies - what to do?

I just confirmed that two of my G4 Gigabits have failed power supplies. I made sure that the CPU cards were bolted down properly, so that there was no grounding failure, and I tried the suspect PS's in a working Gigabit. One of them works if it's kept plugged in for a while before turning on the
