Exactly. Plus I'll add rather than creating print labels for the discs
the best thing to do would be to light scribe them using the burner.
That way the image or text is burned directly onto the CD saving money
and is easier for a blind operator in the process.

A used braille printer can be had for $500 or so on ebay (I've gotten 3 of them
this way) and nfbtrans is a free braille translation software that works on
dos, osx, and even linux, so duxbury isn't necessary in the least.
A carton of paper (for something like 3500 sheets) is less than 60 bucks,
