[Audyssey] typing feedback - Re: Blind Gamers Being Taken Seriously?

I agree with your idea about getting typing feedback when using small
keyboards. I do the same thing with my iPhone. I must. Playing games with
it is interesting, too. The games can be pretty challenging.

Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Blind Gamers Being Taken Seriously?

Hi.
I've found that I also tend to do the proofreading as I write. I'll
usually write a sentence, line or maybe a whole paragraph, then try to
read it carefully to see what I did. I never type with keyboard echo
turned on except on my MBook since it's keyboard is so much smaller I feel
it's a good idea to have constant info on which buttons I'm hitting, at
least for now. I find it less distracting to type on my computer with no
typing echo. Especially since I type so fast I really don't get to hear
what letters I actually hit anyway, except on that MBook I mentioned
earlier.

I think it was Thomas that mentioned colons, semi colons and dashes being
semi acceptable errors. I hope so since I never really use them myself.
Very occasionally I will try to use a dash to add a tidbit onto the end of
a sentence, but I'm not really sure if I'm getting it right so usually I
just find a way to make a new sentence out of it. One thing I notice a lot
is messages where none of the word I's are capitalized. i think people
usually do that when they type on something that speaks with a speech
synthesizer besides Eloquence which doesn't read the word I differently
than the letter i. i really find it difficult to understand sentences when
Eloquence does strange inflections because of that. I think someone named
Ian, please excuse if I'm using the wrong spelling for the name, who types
on his iPhone is doing that a lot. I understand totally given the extra
step to hit the shift key on all the uppercase letters. I try to take the
time to do it myself.

I can legitimately keep this one on topic because truthfully the reason I
replied to your message was because of how I found out I really do
proofread, while I write, rather than doing it, as you say, after the
fact. Hmm think I used too many commas there. Anyway, when I play Alter
Aeon, I use Monkey Term as my mud client of choice. Well, it doesn't do
this on any other computer, or for any other players who use it- at least
as far as I know, but when I do say line with JAWS to read my command
before I hit enter to send it in, my carrot gets moved to the beginning of
the line. That stinks because often I will read what I've got so far, then
add a few more things onto the end, oops, beginning or perhaps somewhere
in the middle, but certainly not the end, of the sentence. I've never seen
that happen any where else but goodness it's annoying. Here I am typing a
command, and I want to check what I have so far before I type too much to
be able to read the beginning of the command, but that means when I type
again my remaining part of the command gets put on the beginning. *ouch!*

Oh, That reminds me. Those of you who'd like practice typing, and want to
have fun while practicing, I suggest playing a mud like Alter Aeon. You
have to type a lot to play, and if you socialize you'll be typing that
much more. You'll eventually become faster too.

You know, I just realized after I wrote that that there really aren't that
many poor typers on there. Plenty of spelling errors and silly screw ups
do to going too fast but the punctuation usually goes in some semblance of
the right place. You should have heard me on my MBook earlier though. I
was having a bad time of it, and trying to hurry to boot. I typed
something to my clannies and hit enter. I swear I have no idea what I
tried to write. It was only three words but I have no clue what those
words were supposed to be- none of them were words I ever heard. Typos are
funny to me as long as they don't get seen by the wrong people. I've
managed to make the most amazing sounds by accident before.

I use that Tiny Spell program someone mentioned on here earlier myself.
Mostly I use it to try and make sure I don't mutilate anything when I'm
writing room descriptions and stuff like that for Cyber Assault, where I'm
a builder. Everybody simply has to know I write emails with Thunderbird
given my persistent signature. I keep the option to spell check messages
before sending turned on. When I hit ctrl+enter to send, I land in the
spellchecker- assuming I made any typos that is, and I either go through
the process of a good spell check or just hit alt+s to go ahead and send
it.

I saw some flaming going on regarding this subject. It was funny though
that the flaming was all from people who didn't really take part in the
discussion in any other way. Speaking of the

yeah. its looking good. one idea though, for the developer. would it be
possible to set the directions, as compass directions? as its quite
disorienting to have degrees that don't match up to compass headings. like,
0 being north, not east, 90 being east, 180 being south, and 270 being west?
this would be a lot easier for those of us used to working with such
directions from other devices and games.

Re: [Audyssey] Blind Gamers Being Taken Seriously?

2011-12-19 Thread Jim Kitchen

Hi,

Just FYI, I often spell words wrong in my games. The most common would be reed
instead of read.  You know so that it says;
Do you wish to reed the instructions?
instead of
Do you wish to red the instructions?

The English language is so screwy, it is amazing that anyone can learn it, and
all of it's rules. There are so many words such as read, wind, close, lead,
etc etc that can give a screen reader and or synthesizer fits.

I also notice that many people on the list misspell allot of words. You know like
when I respond to a message and run the spell check on what I wrote, but it also
checks what they wrote. Allot of times the words get spoken and sound correct, but
are not spelled correctly. And then since ATT Crystal reads my Email many
misspellings get spelled rather than spoken because she does not know the word.
One misspelling that often gets spelled is s t i l. Of course s t i l l would get
spoken as still.

Just one last little comment; I have had to learn all of your names and addresses many
times over the years. And that is because I started out with an Accent SA synthesizer,
then a Double Talk, then Eloquence and now ATT Crystal. So many many names etc have
been pronounced differently by each of them. grin

Of course the same now goes for all of the different sapi5 voices and other software
synthesizers. I also found out that I had to be careful in game programming because
of all of the different acronyms that the different sapi5 voices will say. Even such
simple things as South Dakota for SD. Yep, I've got a South Dakota card. grin

BFN

Jim

I wouldn't even write Email without a spell checker.

was more or less on topic as it was game related. However, after a
number of messages the subject changed to general proofreading and a

on list is not the proper way to do it. The guidelines clearly state
personal issues regarding a moderator's behavior or decision is to be

As far as moderation goes I already explained that so I really don't

[Audyssey] Creating accurate maps for games.

2011-12-19 Thread Christopher Bartlett
I asked this on the toc-beta list, but I'll ask it here as well, apologies
for those who see it twice.

I am interested in creating games or TOC scenarios that are historical.
Accurate mapping (or at least mapping that enforces the same sorts of
strategic and tactical choices) is very important, but I haven't yet figured
out where to get usable information on historical battlefields to be the
basis of these maps. If you're going to create a Gettysburg scenario, you'd
best have a good sense how the ground works, since it was a major influence
on the course of the battle, and the choices of its commanders.

this information has to be in a form that a totally blind person can absorb
it.

I don't know that anyone has tried to solve this problem, but I'd be
interested in ideas.

Re: [Audyssey] Just starting out on SoundRTS.

2011-12-19 Thread Thomas Ward
Hi Lindsay,

Well, I can tell you one of the factors that makes or breaks a game is
having enough peasants to get things built, to gather raw materials,
and of course serve as extra troops when needed. So my recommendation
is build a couple of farms and then give yourself about 10 peasants to
get started. After you have established a decent sized work force you
can begin mining for gold, creating lumber for buildings, and add a
few foot soldiers to guard your territory. After that expand as
needed and upgrade your military so you can fend off and eventually
wipe out the enemy forces.

Cheers!

Thanks! Joseph for saying that to everyone on the list.
It's funny that everyone on here bashes me for my typing skills, but
when I get on here and ask other IOS users to please contact developers
with me about making their games accessible it seems to me that if
their was a problem with the way I speek to developers then my
programer wouldn't have work with me to create De Steno Games for the
IOS platform.
As a matter of fact we plan to work togather again.
So what do you say about that.
If people on here would help me to contact developers then I wouldn't
have the atitude that I have right now.
I do enjoy being on here so I may learn about games out there but I
don't enjoy people being butt-holes about things.
I am going to test a thought that I have to see if anyone on here will
help with this game series on the IOS to get made accessible by helping
me to contact the developer.
The game series is a gamebook series and I know from what I have seen
it can be made readable for voice over.

Hey, All.
Here is a email that I am going to send to the developer of the IOS

And since you have something to say about my messages I am asking
please email the developer aswell so these text games will be made

Now here is my email.

Hello, To the developer of IOS apps Gamebook Adventures.
I am a totally blind person that plays different kinds of games on the
iPhone using the built in screen reader.
The screen reader is called voice over, and what voice over does is,
reads all text and buttons if labeled correctly.
Apple inc has put together a webpage to educate developers of IOS apps
that are not aware of accessibility for the blind.
I would like to play your Gamebook series because I love text adventure
games. Will you please add accessibility to your Gamebook games. Down
below is the link to the webpage that Apple inc has put together to
assist developers to make their apps accessible for the blind. Please
give accessibility a try.

Re: [Audyssey] Shard Workshop Zero Sight released!

2011-12-19 Thread Shard Workshop
The z key only tells you th altitude, it doesn't really change it. Keep
trying!
In the demo map there is only one aircraft, and is to the North compared to
your position.
The main differences between the demo and the full release is that in the
full release you get to play 8 missions with briefing and objectives, 8 map
(of which one is completely random generated, that is, is different every
time you play it) in which you can do whatever you want (much like the demo
map, but with a lot of enemy airports genating air and land traffic),
you'll be able to use all the four missiles and customize the cargo of your
aircraft.

2011/12/19 william lomas will.d.lo...@gmail.com

when i take off can't seem to climb pressing down arrow is sending my nose
up i know that, but i can't get the z key to make altitude climb. also i
just seem to be flying around aimlessly in the free flight mode is this
 where no enemies are concerned?
what will be the difference between option 2, map mode, and option 3, free
flight, if i buy the game?
also the overlapping announcements are confusing to be honest.

yeah. its looking good. one idea though, for the developer. would it be
possible to set the directions, as compass directions? as its quite
disorienting to have degrees that don't match up to compass headings.
like, 0 being north, not east, 90 being east, 180 being south, and 270
  being west?
this would be a lot easier for those of us used to working with such
directions from other devices and games.

Re: [Audyssey] Top 25 websites for gamers who are blind

2011-12-19 Thread Che

  Hi ya,
I'd like to nominate Blind Adrenaline for your list of the best
gaming web sites:

www.blindAdrenaline.com
We have 10 games for the blind that are played over the internet,
with interfaces designed specifically for screenreaders. our card and
yahtzee games are hands down the most fully featured available for the
blind, and the only card site with a built in system allowing
tournaments to be held every day of every week in one game or another, a
feature most players really dig.
We have extensive audio tutorials to get beginners going, and a very
easy and quick setup procedure to get rolling quick.

Our prices are half that of All in Play, the other accessible
commercial card game site, we have more games, and we have more
features per game. We keep our prices reasonable, because we know
budgets are strainged out there.
Also, players are allowed to play free for a full month to try the games
out and see what they think when they register a new account.
Best of all, we have a thriving community of folks that enjoy getting
together to play, chat, and share some fun. We've raised money for
various charities in the past, and hope to continue to do so in the future.

  Thanks for your consideration.

Actually che, Blind adrenaline was! on last years list, just in the
recommended sites bit under the top 25 list, see
http://www.7128.com/top25/topsitesblind.html

so it'll likely be reviewed this year too.

I also agree with Dennnis. Altereon, especially with the mush client
soundpack could actually be considdered as a fully audio rpg rather than a

it's got an entry on audiogames.net specifically, (I actually need to get

As to other sites, first is Aprone's games on

Aprone aka Jeremy Kaldobski discovered audio games in late 2010, and has
done a staggering amount sinse then, particularly in creating unusual games
that explore genres and ideas not tried in audio.

These include the rapidly developing first ever mouse aiming online zombi
shooter swamp, Castaways, a very detailed military and settlement stratogy
game with online cooperative or pvp play, Lunimals, a detailed eco system
management simulation, Daytona an arcade game with ful mouse movement,
towers of war, the first tower defense game in audio, and indeed Dog who
hates ttoast, a random litle word game.

He also makes various other useful litle programs, like one to turn your
keyboard into a brailler, or a colour identifyer for use with digital
cameras, so imho deffinately deserves a place.

Another is driftwood games, http://www.blind-games.com/

this is the home of Entombed, the first, and stil largest and most complex
audio role playing game. Random generating passages of a massive dungeon, a
complex battle system, more character choices than are concieveable and a
huge amount of replay value. it even has it's own mailing list administrated
by muggins. Like sound rts, it's a very revolutionary audio game.

Then there is Paulosoft on http://pawlosoft.webs.com/ they are also a
very new developer just started this year, and have made the first
action/rpg game in the manner of Zelda. you play as Airik the clerric and
explore a vast Kingdom, collecting christals to increase your abilities.

the game has hopefully good voice acting to tell the story.

They are intent on making Airik into a series with an ongoing story, and
indeed are very interested in access in mainstream games.

Honestly, I'm really looking forward to experiencing the full game.

In the demo map there is only one aircraft, and is to the North compared to

The main differences between the demo and the full release is that in the
full release you get to play 8 missions with briefing and objectives, 8 map
(of which one is completely random generated, that is, is different every
time you play it) in which you can do whatever you want (much like the demo
map, but with a lot of enemy airports genating air and land traffic),
you'll be able to use all the four missiles and customize the cargo of your
 aircraft.

when i take off can't seem to climb pressing down arrow is sending my nose
up i know that, but i can't get the z key to make altitude climb. also i
just seem to be flying around aimlessly in the free flight mode is this
 where no enemies are concerned?
what will be the difference between option 2, map mode, and option 3, free

yeah. its looking good. one idea though, for the developer. would it be
possible to set the directions, as compass directions? as its quite
disorienting to have degrees that don't match up to compass headings.
like, 0 being north, not east, 90 being east, 180 being south, and 270
  being west?
this would be a lot easier for those of us used to working with such
directions from other devices and games.

I lost the original, so I'll reply to this one.
I'd also like to recommend Alter Aeon for the list. This is
probably the most comprehensive game I've ever played, and for
better or worse, my character has almost 420 hours of playing

lots of people on there who are just a joy to chat with. As well,
the website is entirely accessable from all platforms, and very

Re: [Audyssey] Top 25 websites for gamers who are blind

2011-12-19 Thread Che

  Hi Dark,
Yah man, I know it was in the extra section, and I emailed Eleanor
earlier this year about it, but it seems to me if the list is made up of
sites that have an impact on audio gaming and the community, BA should
be in the main list.
There are several sites on that list that have only one or two games,
and few games that have the complexity of Rail Racer, and no sites that
have the feature set of the BA card room.
With over 250 current paying customers and over 2000 trial accounts
over the past 3 years, I'd say BA deserves its place in the pond, eh?
Sorry for the excessive horn tooting, but sometimes card games get
dismissed as something anybody can code out in a weekend. What we've
created at BA is a very intricate set of features and options, leaving
things as open ended as possible to the end user, and a lot of blood
sweat and tears has gone into making the interface as efficient as
possible. Ok, no blood or sweat, but I almost cried once when I stubbed
my toe sitting at my computer chair.

I think however I may be confused still about how the list is
generated, there was something about not listing online games, which I
never quite understood, if anyone can explain that to me more, I'd
appreciate it. I think playing online is the best way of playing audio
games, as your going up against other humans, the most dangerous game so
to speak.
Also, kudos to these guys for making a list and helping to get the
word out there about accessible games, no matter where BA ends up, glad
you guys are doing this.
As for Jeremy's site, I would definately rank it top 10 at this
point. Nobody has done more in less time than Jeremy in the history of
audio games, and we need to encourage him all we can to keep up the
great work.
One last thing, I think free games have been given a leg up when it
comes to making the list over commercial games, but the card room is as
close to free as I can make it and maintain a dedicated server and a
high level of tech support.
At less than a dollar a week, its difficult to find less expensive
entertainment with such high attention to detail and features.

  Later gang,
  Che

[Audyssey] Need Help Taking Off In Zero Sight

2011-12-19 Thread Kelly Sapergia

Hi,

I'm trying the demo version of Zero Sight, and so far like the sounds.
However, I can't seem to get the plane to take off. After getting
authorization from the Control Tower by first pressing F3 then F1, I press F
to open the flaps, B to release the Ground Brakes, and the Page Up and Page
Down keys to turn on the engines. Next, I get the speed to 46 with the Plus
key on the numeric keypad, and the vertical heading to 38 using the Down
arrow key. After that, the plane just sits there, at least from what I hear.
If I wait at least three or more minutes, I end up crashing. Am I missing a
step in getting the plane to go up?

Thanks.

Re: [Audyssey] Top 25 websites for gamers who are blind

2011-12-19 Thread QuentinC

Hello all,

Why not propose my playroom on such a list ?
http://qcsalon.net/

OK, it is certainly not as complex as a flight simulator or a zelda-like
RPG, but don't forget that many people join in and play each day,
probably as many as a mud.
There are about 2000 accounts (officially 5000 but I should remove all
multis), and at the moment 140 people are connected. Each day, more than
1800 uno rounds, 1800 thousend miles rounds, 90 monopoly games and 40
connect4 games take place on that wonderful network (statistics cover
both english and french parts, live statistics on
http://qcsalon.net/en/stats these stats are not cheated)

NO doubt that aprone should also go on that list: he mades such amazing
projects like lunimals, castaways or temporal. The developper of
emtombed should also go there, and we should certainly not forget
blastbays who allow beginners in audiogame programming to start with a
very simple scripting language.

[Audyssey] moderator duties - Re: Close Topic Blind Gamers Being Taken Seriously?

2011-12-19 Thread Charles Rivard
A good topic came from this previous topic. Maybe a moderator can better
inform us on what they do? A complaint has been posted about moderators
letting a thread continue until they have commented on it, then suddenly
close it. One thing to consider is the amount of work that goes into
moderating a large list while also having other time consuming life and work
issues. Threads may go on for only 2 or 3 days, and everyone is lengthening
them rapidly, so you get bombarded with messages on 1 topic. Meanwhile, a
moderator returns from a weekend of leisure, or they come home from a work
related trip, and, Holy smoke! What the heck's been going on while I was
away! I'd better get busy on this one!

This is why there are more than one moderator, but even that will not
prevent such an occurrence. Let's give these hard working and dedicated
guys a well deserved break from nonconstructive criticism, OK?

Hi Fred,

I had initially approved of the topic when we were discussing how to
approach commercial/mainstream developers to add accessibility which
was more or less on topic as it was game related. However, after a
number of messages the subject changed to general proofreading and a
couple of people began flaming the other list members. At that point I
decided it was time to close the topic and move on. Weather you agree
or disagree with the way I handled the taking blind gamers serious
topic the fact of the matter is I am one of the list moderators and it
is my job to make decisions like that on a regular basis. If you don't
like the way I personally do things you can contact Kevin or Damien at
gamers-ow...@audyssey.org
and file a complaint with them, but challenging a moderator publicly
on list is not the proper way to do it. The guidelines clearly state
personal issues regarding a moderator's behavior or decision is to be
handled privately by the other moderators of the list.

As far as moderation goes I already explained that so I really don't
get your point below. I clearly stated if list members continued to
post messages on that specific topic they would temporarily be
moderated. If you or anyone else stops posting on said topic then
there isn't anything to worry about.

Cheers!

[Audyssey] Top 25 websites for gamers who are blind

2011-12-19 Thread Eleanor Robinson
Che asked why we did not list online sites - the answer is that, as is
posted in the Methodology section at the bottom of the list, it is
primarily for computer game sites. We don't discuss hand-helds,
consoles, or online sites. That being said, the Sites to Watch category
lists several of the more influential online sites, including Blind

Re: [Audyssey] Top 25 websites for gamers who are blind

2011-12-19 Thread Che

  hi Eleanor,
I am still confused as to what you guys are calling an online site
I'm afraid.
at Blind Adrenaline, we have 10 computer games, but none of them are
played on our web site, they are each their own clients, the web site is
just used so that people can see who is playing and launch their game
from there.

the games are not run on the web site itself, each one is its own client.
When you say online sites, are you talking about games that are
played exclusively on the web, like you put in a decision on a web page,
then a new page loads with updates, etc? there are many examples of
these that mimick role playing games, and because they are using
standard web pages, they are usually accessible. This is nothing like
what BA provides.
I encourage whoever is judging the sites to take a look at how BA works
and what we offer.
On top of that, we released Rail Racer, voted the 2007 game of the
year, which offered a lot of leading edge implementation of audio game
ideas, including mouse support, multi player racing, and a full career mode.
I guess once again, what I'm asking for is a definition of what you
guys are calling online sites, because I think there may be some
confusion here.
Sites like RS games and Quentin's playroom should be considered as
well in my opinion, they both serve the audio game needs of a lot of
people, even though they also are played online, they have their own
clients seperate of any web page.

Thanks for any clarity on the subject.
  Che

Re: [Audyssey] Shard Workshop Zero Sight released!

2011-12-19 Thread Ron Kolesar

So do we need to down load another up dated demo?
I think having the shortcuts will help out.
In this blind pilot's opinion, there just was way way to much to try and
digest to learn to fly.

Something to think about.
Any chance of having a audio walk through and for each stip by step from
the beginning use and show us all of the shortcut keystrokes until you get
off of the ground.

I'll give this sim another try.
But I hate to say it.
The first try this sim was way way way over this blind pilot's abilitiy.
Also, for the future.
Will there be USB support written into the zero sight sim?
Hope this feedback helps to make a interesting new flight simulator easier
to fly via we blind pilots and more enjoyable to fly via we blind pilots.

Hi, Listers,

I have been playing the demo and finally got into the air but my engines

often impossible to hear the report when I press z for my altitude or s for my

Hi,
I can understand that. The way I see it is that if you train your ear, you
can catch the relevant information. In addition, it would be easy to miss
something vital to whatever you are trying to do.

Subject: [Audyssey] zero sight comments

Hi, Listers,

I have been playing the demo and finally got into the air but my engines
stalled and I crashed which was actually cool. However, even with my screen
reader off, too often there are two many voices talking at once and it
becomes often impossible to hear the report when I press z for my altitude
or s for my speed for example. Could it be possible to create a patch that
stops the current voice or voices when you press a button to get a certain
piece of information? Just my two cents.

Sincerely,
Allen

I think you're over exaggerating the number of keys. It works out to be the

In this blind pilot's opinion, there just was way way to much to try and

Something to think about.
Any chance of having a audio walk through and for each stip by step from

off of the ground.
I'll give this sim another try.
But I hate to say it.
The first try this sim was way way way over this blind pilot's abilitiy.

Will there be USB support written into the zero sight sim?
Hope this feedback helps to make a interesting new flight simulator easier

   hi Eleanor,
I am still confused as to what you guys are calling an online site
I'm afraid.
at Blind Adrenaline, we have 10 computer games, but none of them are
played on our web site, they are each their own clients, the web site is
just used so that people can see who is playing and launch their game
from there.
the games are not run on the web site itself, each one is its own client.
   Che

Che asked why we did not list online sites - the answer is that, as is
posted in the Methodology section at the bottom of the list, it is
primarily for computer game sites. We don't discuss hand-helds,
consoles, or online sites. That being said, the Sites to Watch category
lists several of the more influential online sites, including Blind
Adrenaline. If you look at the methodology it spells out what we look at
when we review sites. What I want to make sure is that I don't miss
looking at a new site because I don't know about it.

I appreciate the sites you have already given me and assure you they
will be reviewed for this years update of the Top 25.

 Thanks again.

easyer. lol.
in turms of navagation however, its a little different. flying by
compass headings is the way its done for a reason. its a language nearly
all people who have had contact with navigational instroments, weather
that be an actual compass, or other forms, have come in to contact with
somehow. pluss, the degrees are aranged that way for a reason.
thats why flying with this system is very confusing, as in my mind now,
over the years, 0, or 360 is north,90, or 090 is east, 180 is south, and
270 is west. so when you start with 0 beeing east, this throws off all
sense of direction i have.

also, another note for the developer, when you cut power to your
engines, bringing the power to 0, or turning the engines off, your plain
is still moving forwards. it does not come to a stop in the air and go
straight down. let alone if you put the nose down, this would accelerate
you forwards as well as down. this is how you can regain some speed if
your engines stop, and you should still be able to land at a nearby
airport if your engines are damaged or you run out of fuel.
of course, if you pull the nose up while you have 0 power, or not enough
power, this would in fact bring you to a stall, or 0 forward movement.

other then these few things, its a fantastic game! and is very fun to play.

HI,
I have to agree. Using the cartisian system is great for those of us who
appreciate mathematics (myself included, heheh) but I have to agree the
compass system of degrees works better and is much more commonly used. Also,
I believe north and south are reversed in some way: I find myself going
north and having my y coordinate decrease.

[Audyssey] New Game: Apples to Apples!

2011-12-19 Thread Ryan Smith
Hello Gamers,

Exactly 2 years ago, December 20th, 2009, RS Games released Monopoly.
The free game only ran on Windows, and was our sole multiplayer title.
What originally started out as a fun project turned into a dream come
true on this date. We received a heap of feedback from players,
extolling our work, as well as asking for more games. Therefore,
several months later, we released Uno, and the RS Games Client which
currently powers our multiplayer platform. Unlike Monopoly, this piece
of software runs on three common operating systems, Mac, Windows, and
Linux. It also allows us to release new games without people having to
go to a website and download new software.

In celebration of our first anniversary, on December 20th, 2010, we
added Yahtzee as our third title. It is one of the more popular games
on the server, and based on the comments from many players, we know
hours of fun have been spent playing it.

To celebrate our second anniversary, we are releasing our latest
title, Apples to Apples. It is a really fun game and I'm confident you
will enjoy it. Come visit us at www.rsgames.org and join the over 9000
registered players. You will need the latest version of our client,
version 1.4 which was released on Sunday in order to play.

Thank you.
-Ryan

Hi Hayden,

I have been waiting for the plane to catch up, and it hasn't helped. I even
tried opening the flaps first before releasing the ground brakes as
demonstrated in the Take-Off video on the game's website, and that didn't
work either. The speed was at 46 according to when the S key was pressed,
