Hi,
The zip version is the same as the installed version, but is able to be run
from a USB flash drive or external hard drive on any computer.

Hi tom.
Now you mention it I do remember hearing in that podcast justin made about
the history of troopanum how it was originally about shooting down
paratroopers, a little strange he didn't change the name to something more
sf sounding, sinse there aren't even any mech troopers or the like
Hello everyone.
Is there any audio review of this game?
I would be very interested.
Thanks

Hi tom.
I believe at one point amigar power magazine started to use the phrase
arcade action games to describe many of the titles which were being
produced that had a distinct structure, many levels and enemies etc, but
still had a scoring system, sinse remember in the mid to late 80's it
Hi Raul.
That wouldn't surprise me, sinse synaesthesia and coloured hearing are well
known anyway. My only problem with tying colours to sounds in game indeed is
quite often the colours used for the sounds are not the same as the colours
the sounds have in my brain, for example in alien
True it all depends on when you lost the sight and even some totals
can pick up on the basic colors.

people just don't have time or will to read up on everything, especially on

I don't want to sound callous, but this is completely Off Topic. Tragedy and

I agree with Kai, in that it's off topic and shouldn't be posted here.
It has plenty of coverage elsewhere already, and it's all we're going
to hear about for the next six months.

True, but I can't see colour.
People assume that we can just see black because I would imagine that
this is what they associate with darkness.
I know a lot of people don't even see light.
I see light and shaddows of objects, ie cars, walls, etc depending on
reflection of light and how bright
I disagree. It has absolutely nothing to do with gaming. If I wanted news
bulletins, I would subscribe to a news list. It is tragic, and horrible. But it
does not belong on this list.

I have been blind since birth. I do not see black or sense it. There is no
sense of anything. It's sort of hard to describe.

As this list is not bombarded with such messages, and given the gravity of
the tragedy, I personally have no problem with receiving this message,

If a sighted person were to look into outer space, would they see blackness?
Would it be like what I imagine? That would be a thick cloudy mass of
darkness. I find this interesting. Another interesting thought: How would
you portray the blackness of outer space in an audio game?

Would have to agree with Thomas on this one. Even as someone who was born
basically blind I do have somewhat of a concept of what black is. And like
Thomas said, that's probably the closest you would come to describing total
blindness. I actually had a fun experience going caving with a camp I
