Hi Rich, Well, Tomb Raider had both manual and automatic targeting available. The earlier games such as the original game used automatic targeting. However, some of the later games used the number pad to manually sight and target enemies. So this is a case of where both types of targeting have

Hi Thom, If memory serves me correctly, Tomb Raider and doom had auto targeting for the main character. For instance, Laura would point her gun at the ground for spiders. No need for the player to think about such things. Only needed to concentrate on their environment. seeing as how much work
