Then probably a mawl. Maybe that'll brake its skails. Also, I thought maybe
of an iritint weapon. We could ich the Hydra, then take it out.

Actually a crossbow or spear gun are the hand held weapon of choice under

Hi Bryan,
A real dragon? Ok, the only real dragon that I know of is actually just a giant
lizard, the Kammoto dragon. Which of course does not breathe fire and is not
magical. Don't even believe that it has scales.

Don't know about using a lightning staff under water because as you said Water

Hi Charles,
Only once did I miss a 7 pin as my bowling ball dropped off into the gutter
just before hitting the pin. I was very consistent Tuesday night. Just
consistently off. Kept leaving the same pins. And just could not figure out

A Greek weapon?
I'm putting my money on a mean gyros, slathered in tzatziki. The kind you
would buy from one of those open all night cafes. Feed that to a Hydra and
the garlic breath alone should cause it to blow its own heads off.
Grins!
Cheers,
Neophyte.

My vote is for,
Greek Fire
the secret weapon of the Eastern Roman Emperors. It is said to have been
invented by a Syrian Engineer, one Callinicus, a refugee from Maalbek, in
the seventh century (673 AD). The "liquid fire" was hurled on to the ships
of their enemies from siphons and burst into f

Not according to the app store's description. I think part of it has to do
with the fact that the game requires precise directional movements. It
probably can't hurt to look it up on the device and see if it will let you

Hi Hayden,
Well, the Ladon and the Hydra were both Greek versions of dragons so
we can assume they are at least dragonlike. The Hydra had a number of
abilities like the ability to breath fire, another head could freeze
you to death, and it also could breath out poison to poison you to
death. Kind

Lol! That's a good one. Yeah, that would certainly be funny to see.

Hi Shaun,
A few comments if I may.
First, if you don't have the right equipment your sound
card/headphones aren't going to render the sound correctly. After all,
you are trying to render a full virtual 3d audio environment with 2d
only equipment. That isn't exactly going to work.

Hi,
The Chakrum actually was invented or created by the Indians.
Apparently the idea eventually was picked up by the Greeks, but
triditionally speaking it is not a Greek weapon. This is a case where
the authors of Xena Warrior Princess stretched things a bit to add to
the storyline, but as i said
Okay. I was just starting to wonder. lol. But I'm fascinated by
ancient weaponry and combat like this, so that's another fact to add
to my growing collection. grins.

Hi Michael,
The game is called Shades of Doom, and it is produced by GMA Games.
You can download a demo from the GMA website
http://www.gmagames.com
and I beleive the full version costs about $35.00 USD.

Actually in all the versions of the tale of Heracles that I've read, Ladon
was indeed a more traditional dragon but he had a hundred heads. He was also
a boss in Battle of Olympus, guarding the GOlden Apple in Phthia.
