Hi Lori,
Lol! Believe me, I have the same question asked over and over again. Then I
put MS Sam on, and get this? They say they can prefer it, and that they can
understand it. Ugh!

I know, I have the eliquence speach on my old laptop which my sister uses
now and whenever it's first opened and the speach starts up it drives her
mad and she asks me how I managed to understand it. I told her it's all
about trained ears. Smile But yes whatever you're used too. Best wishes

Hi Lori,
Your only option is the remote control missile launcher. However, there is a
quicker and much easier way to get rid of a lot of guards, though I'd call
it taking advantage of a bug (though, Munawar may have meant that to be
there). It's actually not that bad, so long as you know where you're going.

Hi Brian,
The reason I like eloquence myself is that some of its inflections are
similar to human inflections. For example, the word to. Most synthesizers
I've messed around with would say something like do you want two go?.
However, eloquence would say do you want to go?. Do you see what I'm
getting at?

Best Regards,
Hayden

I don't believe there is. And I agree with you on Eloquence. I wouldn't
even

use it at all for my sreen reader if it weren't for the fact that it's
got

the highest response rate of any synthesizer I've used. And while I find
Dectalk amusing because it can sing I could never quite tolerate it as a
screen reader voice. It's not horrible but after a while it does tend to
grate on my nerves. Although the Dectalk voices will be provinding the
voices for the robots in the game I'm working on, mainly because it's
fairlye easy to make them speak in a true monotone which is what i want
in

this case.

I agree Brian, so I just try and focus my mind on the normal voices in the
game. The thing I'm struggling with now is sometimes I'm walking along and
then the battle music starts up and I hear the sound of me getting hurt but
I can't find where the shooting is coming from and by the time I do I've
been told to run away and keep running into walls. I've seen me go from
about 400 health to 200 really quickly, and that's not good. There's also
this thing with my gun, it doesn't seem to hit any guards unless the beep
sound is heard, so if I'm being hit by guards who I can't see, is there a
way to destroy them without standing close enough to get shot?
