[gatortalk] Home BB opener

Lots of fun at the BB home opener. The Gators are a very athletic bunch and can rain 3's by the bucket. The grad transfer Egor Koulechov was a one man wrecking crew. Could be a big season for the Gators. Now let me get on a soapbox for a minute. The attendance was pathetic, they may say there

The SEC office has already cleared Florida to pursue Kelly.   This was completed last Friday. I’m pretty sure that is where the first Kelly to Florida leaks started, although I admittedly have no inside information to support

Won't happen. Not unless they have a stronger argument... which I doubt would be the case. What could they really tell them that UF couldnt? On Mon, Nov 13, 2017 at 2:57 PM, Charles Simpson wrote: > The thing that will really p*** me off is if the SEC tells Florida no on >

You have to remember, the SEC was close to going down the same road as the old Southwest conference. There’s no way we’re going there again. Oliver Barry CRS, GRI Real Estate Broker PARKS Real Estate Services 305 B Indian Lake Blvd Suite 220 Hendersonville TN 37075 Office: 615-826-4040 Mobile:

An attorney I know says that part of the vetting process would surely have had Stricklin meeting with and getting approval from the league office before entering serious/prolonged negotiations. I hope he's right. On Monday, November 13, 2017, 2:22:29 PM EST, Woody

Unreal. With all of the rampant cheating that goes on unchecked, the SEC can stand in our way of hiring a coach that is ok with the NCAA.What an ass-backwards conference (not that it is a relevation). On Monday, November 13, 2017, 2:00:36 PM EST, Woody wrote:

I think Kelly is Stricklin's first choice. I agree with Ken, the NCAA is on record as saying that he had no knowledge of the violations that led to his show cause sanction. It is widely believed that he agreed to take the fall to spare the coaches that he left behind at Oregon when he went to

Last year Alabama got hit with the same charge. An assistant was hit with a show cause but King Saban got off scott free. Chip Kelly would not have had a show cause if he stayed in college, rather he was on his way to the Pros and didn’t appeal the ruling. I was initially opposed to

Still have to wonder if Sankey would even give the ok especially with what Auburn is going through right now. I personally don't think Stricklin would take that kind of risk with his first major hire like that either. Woody On Mon, Nov 13, 2017 at 11:28 AM, Oliver Barry
