Found It! Seems to jdk 1.7 update 6 to 1.7 update 9 corrupt in some way glibc, I made a md5 checksum on all my library files and after setup with those jdks and after running geowebcache in several layers I noted changes glibc, with a diff the chechksum of glibc change. Odd. :( Do you know any
