with GtkXmHTML support. It's lightweight and looks like the Gnome help

recommend more RAM although I believe the athlon has the 133mhz bus no? that

Hope these help but the gimp to my knowledge cannot do what you ask.

The gimp website is created with the Gimp, of course :-) The gimp is a
nice image manipulation program for unix, linux and even (to some
extent) windows.
I'd imagine the HTML for the page was done with vi or emacs but I wouldn't
know.
