As of Python >= 2.7 and >= 3.2, the argparse module is maintained within
the Python standard library. Why do we need a this package?

AFAIK we treat wheels as a binary files. You need to ask the project to
release source archives, I'm afraid,

In Guix we currently use PYTHONPATH to add global site-packages. Since
PYTHONPATH parts are put in front of the search list, they take
precedence over the user's site-packages. And this behaviour is wrong.
