Unident, 9719.965, 1130-1145. Noted a very weak carrier on 9720 +- during
the period. This frequency was active with Radio Victoria, Peru,
a few years ago. Since Radio Victoria ceased broadcasting on 6020 KHz there
hasn't been any activity on 9720KHz either. But there's always a
Bolivia, 59522.435, Emisora Pio XII, 1019-1030, Noted a male and female in
conversation Spanish.

English language
religious comments. The male mentions Guyana once in awhile suggesting that
this is
a locally produced program. This continues as the signal remains at a fair

presented. After that tune, live comments with ID by a male. This

news. At 2346 music presented. At 2351 the male comments more. Just prior
to this, the off and on tune up carrier from VOR comes up. More music from

comments briefly while the signal is mixing with I believe the VO Russia in
Spanish
language also. Santa Cruz is taking a beating from VOR as it's signal fades

type music as
I listen to the same selection for five minutes already? Near the six
minute mark, a female begins to sing with the music. At 0924 UTC the first
tune finishes and a new tune begins.
At 0931, a canned
Bolivia, 6134.827, Radio Santa Cruz, 0935-1000, Tuned in with a male in
Spanish comments until 0943 when music is presented. Male returns to
comments at 0946 when
he is joined by a second person in chatter. AT 0954 more music presented.
Signal
was at fair level. At 1005 full canned ID
Bangladesh 4750.00, Radio Bangladesh BETAR, 1200-1215, Noted a female
taking the mic between
music until 1203 when some sort of religious programming begins with
chanting and comments by
the female. AT 1206 a male begins talking with flute music in the
background. Signal was fair to good.

if he was describing some sort of sporting event. Probably football
(soccer) judging from the
tone etc. Not much of a signal due to the Voice of Russia on 6135 KHz in
