setting arrived at by adding the value of the effects you wanted:
1 = Teamplay on (this should always be set)

then set my sys_ticrate at any value I want. I currently have a TFC steady
at 200ftps, 3 TFC and an FLF at a steady 165fps each, and 2 CS at 110fps

I've found that they run slightly under my sys_ticrate setting,
I'll assume you're running a box with lots of RAM, therefore using the /PAE
