Anyone from TW able to go into more detail about patch 1006. Which fixes were
added? Patch notes seem very brief if even a point to include them in their
current state.
Those who haven’t seen them I’ll add what was put.

It's probably a technical issue from maybe the player's ISP may have caused
them to not be able to connect to the VAC Servers.
Usually, if your internet connection is poor, you will have players timing out
often, which shouldn't happen so often.
Happened to be me before with my TF2 Servers.

are gathering crash reports (via the Bugsplat tool) and working on

Difficulty can be done in the WebAdmin under game settings I remember
correctly. Admin and game passwords can be set inside of it too.

I changed the game and query ports in PCServer-KFEngine.ini and the
webadmin port on KFWeb.ini and I can confirm both work. My startup line is
actually pretty clean.
