Why? Use console cvar mm_dedicated_force_servers where you list your
steamgroup servers between separated with commas.

Because I want to play on my Steam groups server when playing survival. The
server only pops up for selection if I choose campaign or realism.
There should be a selection in Server type where in addition to official,
best available and local - you should be able to select available steam group

I am tired of playing L4D2 on 100ms+ servers, but I cant get my self to put
some local norwegian servers unless we get something back for doing so.

Depends on what you need it for.
Just for servers, you can use this:

If you want to run Steam games, you have to use wine or similar.

I have a problem with one of my newest linux machines. (I do not know if it
is a problem)
I've tried all pingboosts from 1-3, and sys_ticrate from 2000 to 1. rcon
stats reports an FPS of ~240-250 no matter what settings I'm using.
I have other servers running 999 FPS
Great idea. Signing up.

It works well for random public play, or even playing with friends. But there
is no support for clans / esports / competitions.
They should also create some sort of ranking, so you don’t end up playing
besides newbies all the time (zzZ...)
