Hi...
On June 25 I will be taking my Roadshow in a Box to the Bozeman MT LUG. I
would like to know if you have any special programming needs these folks might
like to help with. Some of the members are with the CS dept at MSU, and all
seem to be Linux programmers from what I can tell.

Hi Adam, SJ, and Caroline, and everyone else on these 2 lists,
It is time to sign up for hands-on workshops at the CUE conference in Palm
Springs, CA, March 4-6 next year. I was thinking the best thing would be to
have the CUELA laptop library in the Open Source pavillion where folks could
might need.

Well, my son, Chris, reminded me (by signing up) that I hadn't signed up to do
a virtual session on the OLPC Contributors program for NECC Unplugged in late

Hi All,
I went and checked out the schedule and info for participating in the NECC

room. The sessions are limited to 30 minutes each. There is so much to tell
of the OLPC and Sugar story. It would be great if

Hello,
I wanted to report on my progress with SoaS on my MacBook. I still haven't got
the USB version working, but, as I mentioned yesterday, I did get SoaS running
with Virtual Box.
I was surprised how few programs were shown. Are others hidden but included?
How are they accessed?
Hi Caroline, Bert, and everyone else,
About 5 minutes ago I got SoaS to run on my MacBook. : ) I followed Bert's
fine instructions again, adding one tiny detail (if Virtual Manager doesn't

Hi...

I was, however, disappointed to find that, although running it on a Mac is
