RACF maintains an in-storage cache of recently referenced profiles that is pointed to from the ACEE. A possible way of achieving what you desire in RACF would be for the user to perform a number of "RACROUTE REQUEST=AUTH" for different profiles to "flush" the previous entries in the cache. I

The requirement is for application jcl only and the source code is available. The idea is ti perform 3rd party check based on the how the program opens the datasets. For utilities it is much more complex, Dfdss functions for example At list a warning message can be generated in such cases.
