As we know all the printer configured in Linux box have its entry in
stanza format in /etc/printcap. Suppose I have configured prn0, prn1,
prn2, prn3 ... etc.
I wish to restrict the access of prn0 to only user0 and prn2 to user2 and so on.

You most probably have received a compressed/archived file. Run the
file filename
command on your dump file to see what type of file it really is.
