If you just want to move them to a different folder for the same user you can use the Web messaging. Just check the messages you want and move them to the other folder...If you want to forward them to a different address altogether this would be something to do with a client...Sorry I don't know

The problem I have is the messages in question are caught in the root-bulk folder for a virtual domain, so they need to be routed back to the initial recipient. About 100 hundred accumulated (automated form messages) before the rules were updated. I wish I could just throw them back in the

The path of the mail goes from the iMail server to a Webshield server which they use as outgoing smtp. The mail then gets sent to another scanning server which catches all mail, internal and external, and then delivers utilizing DNS. It seems to be getting deferred here.

This is purely for end users, and I didn't want to use too many terms to overwhelm them. There are a number of grammatical and spelling errors in that short paragraph. Not sure if that matters to you. IP addresses may be too technical; mail servers may be easier to comprehend.
