The setting is like this:
Customer -Relay- OurImail -Filter- send or send not to destination.
Our Imail relays for his IPAdress.
Because his Mailserver has some malfunction we process hundrets of

HELP!!!
All circuits
are busy when I call Ipswitch. My relay for addresses cannot be updated. I do
it in the interface, and it does nothing. It actually even removed the other
range of IPs when I did hit save. How can I add these manually?

I found the smtp32.loc file, deleted it and re-added wheat I can.
It will only take on entry through the web interface. It ignores when you
add anything else. How can I add these manually? The file looks to
be in something other than plain text.

can get in from a remote machine though. Any ideas? Would that have

Thanks to Heimir Eidskrem at i360.net. He created the
file in 8.22 and sent it to me. I put it in place of the file created b6
2006.01, restarted SMTP and it is working great.
As a test. I tried adding another one again, it
immediately deletes any entry after the top one. Big BUG!

This is a known BUG. They are working on it and the fix we did on this list
is the fix to use. Thanks a TON again guys Now- on to the next fire.

the kill-file and the SMTP access table. Any idea??
Imail 2006 runs still on a test server in the intranet. Like others said, the
WebMail is quite slow.

It sure does look that way doesnt it... what remains to be seen is if they
will own up or try to lay it off... for those of us who bought early
believing there line about the product there should be an additional years
service contract given as in effect we are doing the troubleshooting and

desperation by Ipswitch. After pulling off a stunt like this one I'm
betting they were on the verge of shutting down. This may keep them going
