I had this problem previously, the issue for me was Imail could not write to
the mailbox file. It was locked for some reason. As soon as it is unlocked,
Imail corrects any problems because it creates a temp mailbox file. Starting
and stopping the services helped once (POP and SMTP), but not

What I do for this is create an alias called everyone using a file
everyone.lst when I want to send to everyone I run makelist to create a list
of all my users in the everyone.lst file I send the email then clear out the
file. Seems to work for me.

I've just installed NAVIEG on our email server with out to many problems - i
installed it on the same server and just changed the port that SMTP listens
on. the only problem i had was that i also had NAV for servers running as
well.
