Hi Guys: Here is my Report for the last few days. Conditions continue to be great for this early in the DX Season! Sunset and Sunrise continues to produce lots of Lower Powered Stations, and a few decent Auroras has really helped the cause! RECEIVER…….ELAD FDM-S2 SDR

[IRCA] TP 5 Oct Victoria version

A messy morning, couple of Aussies, mostly bigger gun Asians, and some Zedders (Star was a star), not a lot that was consistently strong. Likely a lot of channels might have yielded further loggings if one sat down and listened to each one as the erratic fading delivered something new.

[IRCA] Warbler On 1000

Does anyone have any idea who is warbling around on 1000? I hear a consistant "whoop-whoop" under WMVP almost everynight, for example now, at 2125 EDT. It also shows up on the SDR waterfall. The variation is roughly + or - 600Hz. It is not from WMVP. I have not ruled out something local.

Gary: I didn’t hear anything on 567 kHz, but the PL-380’s S/N indicator was showing a signal. I got lucky hearing 3LO on Sunday. I couldn’t understand the talking on the program, but there was a passage of distinctive sounding Tibetan music that matched the simulcast on Radio Australia.

Very little was heard here this morning - no Asians. A few traces of DU signals on 567, 729 (het), 891 (het) and 1116 kHz, but less than the past few days. The usual hets on 612 and 702 were missing. The strongest signal was the OC on 1098 at 1215. I hope everyone has better success.
