Hello: I am using HP Envy laptop with Jaws 14 and windows 8. I have wy fy at home and at work. I was getting both with no problems until I installed windows 8.1. Now I get wy fy at work but when I get home it says I am not connected to the internet. My wife and daughter are getting wy fy at

Folks, when using the speech verbosity settings if you change it from beginner to advance there seems to be no affect using the emulator Attachmate Extra or attachmate Reflections to access mainframe data. It was thought that by changing the verbosity from beginner to advance the text spoken

Attachmate and other mainframe emulators do not give much information out of the box. I think that is why changing the verbosity has little effect. If you could be more specific as to what the extra speech is or what you wish to accomplish I may be able to be of some help. Regards Tom Bisset

Yes first press windows b to go to the notification area then press down arrow to get to the wireless networks are available button then press enter. next select you’re wireless network then press enter. Next after selecting the wireless network you will find a connect button and then check box

I am just using a vanilla USB Hp desktop keyboard. I have muted twice and rebooting the first time did not undue the deed. I had to get my husband to unmute with the mouse. So, if I have not invoked mute with the JAWS key spacebar s sequence then using that will not unmute? Does that key
