Hi Jim,
Thank you very much for your easy to follow instructions on how to set up

Hi,
Those instructions that Jim had do work just the same way in Outlook 2010.
Tell us what you have done and where you went wrong and then maybe we can
help you. I will try and explain the first to create the new folder.
1. Go to the tree view in Outlook where your folders are like, inbox, draft
Try using Control-Shift-E and then giving it a name, press Enter.

Al,
While in your Message List in the In Box, press Control + Shift + Letter E.
A dialogue Box will pop up , enter the name of your folder.
Tab to the OK Button and press enter.
This will place it below the In Box level, if the In Box says Closed, press
the right arrow to open it, then you can do

Hi Jim and everyone else,
I have Windows 7, JAWS 13, and Word and Outlook 2010. I tried following
your instructions to see if I can set up folders in my earlier version of
Outlook, but nothing seems to follow your pattern.
Does anyone know how to setup folders in my earlier version of Outlook?
Hello JAWS users,
I installed JAWS on a Windows 10 machine today at work. The process was mostly
accessible. I invoked Microsoft Narrator, which I hadn't used before, and
managed to use it to run Internet Explorer, download the latest JAWS 17
release, and start the installation. I switched off
Hi Jim,
You should be able to put a signature in Outlook that will be at the end of
every email without having to do what you stated in your email. I will check
and see if I have another set of instruction to add a signature to all
outgoing messages.

Hi all,
As the subject says, I need help to set up my mail accounts in Windows
live mail.
Because of problems I had with my laptop, I refreshed it to Factory,
and now I have to install everything again.
The first time I set up Windows live mail, things went smoothly, but
now I can't do it.
Hi Ed,
OK, I have made two different signatures in outlook 2016.
So after composing an email, I use the ALT key to open the ribbons, go to
the signature to add, press enter.
I need to do it this way for all the signatures in outlook, is this right?

Good evening Jaws users list.
This is just the simplest way I have seen to make a folder and cause the
directed emails to go into it.
Using Outlook 2016 and Jaws 17.
For example, making a folder for the Jaws users list or making a folder for
the Windows 10 and Jaws Yahoo group.

Hi Humberto,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I see that outlook works very well with Jaws.
Ed has just shown me how easy it is to add rules so that my group list go
into their own folders.
This is very nice.

Hello:
I tried the steps below and when I pressed enter my computer made a musical
tone and then would not speak so I had to alt f4 to get out of it. I am
using W 8.1 and jaws 14 on an HP envy.

another way you can do this is;
1, windows+r=run;
2, type in:
netplwiz
press enter,
you should now see a screen something like,

any steps in how to do that? I'm just wondering since I try to find settings in

a google reveals that the current version is 1.29 but not from the

I finally installed my jaws 17. Do I have to reauthorize it? It is running
properly, not in 40 minute mode. I think the only thing that might change is
the number of upgrades I've got listed in "about jaws". Now it says 0 but, I
have 2 since I bought a new SMA in December. Thanks, Karen

FYI. Just check an article that MS did on changing to narrator. It will have
several voices, more navigation features, and more. It suppose to come with the
new update for W10. I wander if this will be part of their accessibility so we
can move to w`0. Sad not recall the article but it is in a
