Agree, it's definitely weird. After closing TB with Alt+F4, JFW stops responding to about 50% of key presses, particularly the Win key which makes it a bit interesting to Power Off / Restart. This is a new install of Windows 10 with all the current updates. Nothing much else installed but

Do you get an error message which states that you entered an incorrect password? If so, check the capslock key to make sure you aren't accidentally entering uppercase letters that you do not intend. Also, make sure you are using the correct password; reset it via your service provider's Web site
