I did the July upgrade for Jaws 2018 last night. Ever since, I haven't been
able to respond to a message in Outlook 2016 while the message is open. When

I have had this problem for some time now. Whenever I open a Word document on
my external hard drive, I get a message that JAWS does not support read only
mode. I am given some instructions for correcting this, but after
I replied to a message about using MS Edge and I read that a guide was put
