This is not a Jaws issue, but rather with Outlook itself. Even sighted
people have this problem. I have found the best solution is to open the
message, then do an alt H, followed by the letter X and then the letter V.
This will allow you to view that message using your Internet Browser. Jaws

In Outlook 2007, it's been my experience that the insert a will not work.
Also, pressing shift tab one time will highlight the attachment, but
pressing enter on it will not open the attachment. I have to press my

In your preferences, control p, go to general and make sure that task bar is
checked and system tray is unchecked.
As for Winamp Agent, in file types, make sure Winamp Agent is checked.

Vista will do what you want to do, but not XP.
You can always type the first 3 or 4 characters of the file name to get to
it quickly.

Join the Office 2007 and screen readers help group by sending an email
Place your cursor where you want the picture.
Do an alt I for insert.
Type the letter p for picture.
Arrow down to, from file and press enter.
Navigate to the the file you want to insert and press enter on the file
name.
If you want Jaws to announce the location of the picture after you insert
it,

If you don't have the application key, then you will need to route your Jaws
cursor to the PC cursor and then do a right click. This will give you the
same options as the applications key.

You can go to the run dialog, (windows key r), and type in,
Skype:+1 area code plus the number and then press enter.

Try changing the hotkey you are using. The control s is a save command in
Outlook.

I changed my hotkey to alt s and it works good.
Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express?
If not, maybe there is a conflicting hotkey in the email client you are
using.

Scott,
I just replied to you in a separate message using the alt s hotkey I set up
for replying directly to sender. I assume you received that message.
Although I am using Outlook 2003 and not Outlook Express, but there
shouldn't be a difference as far as Jaws is concerned.
