Just wanted to give an update on my little problem awhile ago involving the SP3 and Word 2000 and that Normal.dot stuff. It still occurs well it did until I said yes to let it load the normal.dot changed or recovered whatever it said and I never encounter that any longer. I do hear Jaws say,
