I bought a refurbished dell lattitude laptop with 8gb ram, jaws 18.0.5.038
and win 7. It came with outlook 2007 installed. Almost everything works as
it should. My main problem is that, when I type an email, jaws stops
talking. If I shift tab, jaws will talk again, wherever I am but, if I go

Would you believe I was having this problem with Jaws 14. I called FS.
They installed Jaws 17 recently. Amazingly enough, the problem continues.

folder, And delete jaws 17, Use narrator to get the installation going.

Sounds like that is the problem or it could be the volume control for jaws

Microsoft Security Essentials? A few weeks ago, MS released an update for
MSE that seemed to slow down the time it takes JAWS to load and start
