Outlook 2003 doesn't give a person the same capability of adding bookmarks
to long messages like Outlook 2007 offers. However, there is an alternative
to using bookmarks that you might want to use in Outlook 2003.

I want to revise my steps for adding a bookmark when using Outlook 2007.
The steps I gave worked when creating a message. You can add bookmarks in
an Outlook 2007 message that you have received but you first need to go into
edit mode. The steps would be as follows:
