No. The bad news is that there is no jaws for mac. The good news is that any recent version of the mac operating system already comes with the screenreader for mac tied into the operating system. This native Mac Screenreader is Called Voiceover and has becomeq quite good. Google for Voiceover

Why would anyone run JAWS on a Mac when it already comes with its own screen reader? All I keep hearing is how wonderful Boice Over is, so running JAWS on a Mac wouldn't seem to make any sense. I was under the impression that most Mac users switched because they were unhappy with Windows

I switched most stuff over to my mac, because you don't have to set the op different. VoiceOver will run no matter how you have the op configured. Being built into the op lets it recover from speech crash just by turning it off and back on. no rebooting! Also here is the big plus. When the op

ok, here is some key strokes that will work on any mac to get VoiceOver working. If on a iMac or mac pro, Just do command key + f5 to turn on. If using a bookPro, Just do a fn key + command key + f5. If you do a control + option key +k, turn on keyboard mode like insert +1 for jaws. If you do
