You might be able to get part of an install done with a screen reader, but if you want something that is fool proof, you will want to consider making an unattended installation file. Believe me, when done right, it can save you time and work. If done wrong, it will make you pull your hair out.

A gentleman by the name of Brian Smart has created an ISO for installing any and or all versions of Windows 7 using the NVDA screen reader. I have used it quite a number of times to install Windows 7 by myself. Just search for it and give it a look see. BTW it is over a 4 gig byte download.
