Check your add-ons, in tools/addons from internet explorer. If stuff you
would not want isn't in there, then try refreshing IE to deaults,
tools/options, head over to the advanced tb and hit the reset button.
There are two reset buttons use the second you reach as you're pressing
the tab
I am afraid that the scroll lock will only prevent you from scrolling up and
down on the screen of the computer when pressing the up or down arrow keys
and the page up and down keys., but I do not think it will prevent the
