Probably Jaws as I use this keystroke with Excel 2013 all the time. Do you have
other applications opened that might be interfering with the display?
Sometimes I have to hit windowsKey+insert+f4 to restart jaws so it reads things
correctly.

I am using Outlook 2010 and have not updated to the latest Jaws 18. My
