your browser is opened press the jaws key and 6 to open the settings center.

even i wanted the additional language pack so when i contacted the
support team, one of their representative gave me one link to download
but after installing the same, i was facing the same problem as
described. pressing f7 i was getting the message that spelling check
is complete ok
I called microsoft and one of the girls installed out office and outlook
2010 for me and spent a very long time working on my computer.
