I believe when you install the access page for Amazon, it stores a cookie on your machine so it will remember that you want the access page every time you open your browser. So, go looking in your cookies area under IE, I think it is on the General, Settings page, look for View Files. An

You should see the voices in the "voice adjustment" dialogue, under "person", if you have the realspeak selected in the menu you described. From there, you can create a voice profile with the voice of your choosing. There aren't any voice profiles there until you create them. Did you run the

Hi, Yes, I have to complete a few required webinars every year. They're through the Florida Dept. of Children and Families website and are all inaccessible. The only way I can complete them is the same way you did using a coworkers help. Definitely not a good way but no other choice.
