To quickly fix this, find any PDF file on File Explorer, press the APPLICATIONS
key to open the context menu, go to Open With and select the Choose Another

When prompted about which program do you want to use to open the file, find
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC in the list.
Hi Pam,
With the PDF file highlighted only, don't open it, open your context menu

I don't know if anyone has addressed this, maybe they h ave, and I've just
started plowing through e-mails and missed it, but maybe try reloading

Hi Holger,
I understand your problem. For some reason, you're getting stuck after you

Hi Holger,
Hi Judy,
While on a web page in Internet Explorer, try this:
Press Control + U to view the source of the page.
This command can also be found in the View menu.
In most cases, this will show you the html code for the page, and the meta
data is near the top of the page.

Hi Pam!
This may be a dumb question, but are you sure you have Adobe Reader

I saw your question and even did a quick google search, and couldn't find

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did send an inquiry, and yes, there was no
response on their part. I am attempting to use an external CD Rom, and the

out how to pick up an additional drive. Very aggravating.

It looks like Google Chrome is for Enterprise use- is this correct? I did
not know there was any difference and downloaded GC rather than just Chrome.
Is Chrome simpler and/or is one more compatible with JAWS? Thanks.
