If I try to a rip a video dvd in k3b (as mpeg), then k3b fails to do that,
because
it invokes transcode with incorrect option value.
Namely, k3b passes --progress_meter 2 --progress_rate 0 to transcode.

In color picker dialog - if I select "Named Colors" there is an error that
rgb.txt was not found. Error message lists the paths where it was searched, but
the correct path in not there.

write for k3bscsicommand_bsd.cpp (I wouldn't call it a
patch because the diff is larger than the new file), which fixes a problem where
k3b issues incorrect SCSI commands in some cases. Apparently some hardware gets
very confused after receiving those (only power cycle helps to recover).
