check that the isssue do not appear sometime ?
During my bisect, I always booted 3 times on good kernel to make sure it
was not by luck that the kernel worked. I also booted three time the

good but I think the error message for the user could be more
informative regarding the corrective action necessary. Pointing at

All of the mainline kernels are built with CONFIG_IPMI_HANDLER set to m,
so I assume testing will not reproduce the bug for any of the upstream

On further observation:
The bios time is being set to UT or GMT.
The system time on bootup is being set to IST.
So, would this be a bug or would it depend on some system setting? I am new
to linux/ubuntu, however, I have sufficient exp in software dev. to follow
instructions.
