I bled my airplane brakes this week, why is it so much harder on airplanes than
in cars?
I was going to use DOT 4 for the extra heat protection but my amp said to use
the new 5606 replacement for the improved heat protection that the new stuff
provides.

experience getting engine replacement approved? Any advice is appreciated.

Flew into Zephyr Hills and rented a car on Thursday morning. I saw all the
exibits in the buildings Thursday. Friday I plane watched all day and flew
home that night. Sun and Fun is mostly the same every year but it calls to me.
I enjoy the atmosphere of planes as far as you can see. I like
I avoided the inconvenience of the long runway. This is one of my regrets with

If I were to do it again, I would make my fuel tank out of welded aluminum. 22
gallon header tank. Place it right where the original design has it and

Then vinyl taped over the gap with enough overlap.

Please check for accuracy before your first flight.
I did all the accuracy checks as described bellow. Even after the checks my
airspeed indicator didn't read at low taxi speeds. When we got fast enough the

The scales from amazon look like the experimental aircraft version of certified
scales. I just finished my KR2 Weight and Ballance for the DAR, getting the
last few items ready for my inspection. I used bathroom scales but will most
likely order some scales from Amazon. Glad you shared.

Where would I take the exhaust to get it nickle plated?
