On Friday next week, one of the contestants is doing 'Leeds United - the Don
Revie years' as their specialised subject. That's 8.00-8.30, BBC2.
I've always thought that if I could ever be bothered to go on the show then
that would be my specialist subject, but now I can finally test myself
Has anyone got a ticket for this game yet? I applied within the first 10
minutes of that batch of away tickets going on sale, but so far I haven't heard
whether or not I've got one.
As I've already committed myself to going down to East Anglia for that weekend,
it will be rather infuriating

To cut a long story short, I checked a bag in on December 23rd. for my flight

It could happen if one of the top batsmen gets to 94 but then has to retire
hurt.
Then another of the top batsmen stays in while wickets tumble at the other end.
He also gets to 94 and then the ninth wicket falls, so the injured batsman
comes in to resume his innings.

It's not even true to say that a goal was prevented when the goal hit Pearce's
arm. Pearce blocked the shot with his body and the ball was going straight up
in the air when it hit his hand.
Given that it struck his arm accidentally it was not a penalty anyway.
