You have to export to a gedcom file from PAF and import from a gedcom
file. A bit of information: the PAF program does not work with the new
familysearch; the church recommends you find another program like Legacy,
etc., to use instead of PAF.
You're welcome.

I don't know where you live, but here, Sacramento, CA, the FHC has Legacy
installed on all their computers. It seems that who ever tried to get you
to use PAF, is probably not a real Librarian? I would ignore any advice you

I volunteer at a FHC and always promote Legacy because the

There's no reason for you to jump through hoops and use an outmoded program

Has anyone converted from a Legacy family file to a PAF
family file, used that file at a FHC, and when you get home, import
back into Legacy all right? How do you convert safely? That is, not
lose any events that are not standard to PAF but are all right with
Legacy?
