Hello. How are some of you handling a case where a male ancestor
changed the surname of the family? Do I just enter the ancestor under
his original name, make an AKA for him under his new surname, and
then enter the kids under the new surname?

I couldn't duplicate the problem with my Netbook, but that might not

Don't forget that Legacy has an address list for things like this. I
use mine to show addresses of funeral homes, cemeteries, hospitals,
churches, and residences (if I know it).
Ever notice the plus sign kind of on the right in the Individual
Information window? You can put addresses there.
Asa has some notes. When you click on Notes, see
those three tabs up top of the window? There is
asterisk on one of them, the tab for Research. There are notes there.
