Hi list,
I think this is a recurring theme and I'm aware there are workarounds (kind of).
However I would like to ask if there is work on automatically continuing slurs,
lyrics and lyric extender lines in alternate repeats.
Find below an example as to how I would want to input the stuff and

Yes.

Kieran and caagr98 already gave valueable hints.
You may also have a look at the Lilypond Snippet Repository and there

As already answered normally the instrument is repeated on every page anyway.
However you write about parts and without a

Thank you, that's what I was looking for :)

I had the same problem - luckily I could view it using the HTML interface via

Hi List,
a few weeks ago I had reported that on my ArchLinux system text fonts in
Lilypond (and only in Lilypond!) had been rendered about a factor of 20 too
large - all character spacing remained normal.
Meanwhile I have solved this and my system is back to normal.
To me it appears the culprit

Dear Immanuel,Ming
please always try to create a minimal working example (MWE).

You can use any markup, e.g. this:
%%%
\version "2.19.51"
music = \repeat unfold 10 { c' }
lyric =

A minimal example would be helpful...
...but you probably want to try \shortVocalName
HTH,

John, may I kindly asked you to start trimming your responses to this list?
You always top post, write a line or two then followed by a large amount of
text, most of which has little to do with what you just wrote.
For illustration

I see lots of errors. I then had a look at the Messiah ly files and saw most of
them have no \version in them,

I may have a wrong perception as to what you mean by "multiple columns".
For my own uses I regularly create scores (and texts) that span multiple columns
and are aligned like a table.
There actually are several ways to do
Hi John,
welcome to the pond.
My first impression of your site is positive. I like the optical appearance.
However I share many concerns that already have been voiced:
- I usually surf w/o any scripting allowed. Thus I see nothing at all.
- After allowing scripts from your domain stuff starts
