We used QuickTime. For MacOS we supplied an standalone installer that would run if no quickTime was installed. Most Macs have at leased QT3 installed For Windows we used DirectMedia from tabuleiro.com. This xtra runs video formats, QuickTime, avi and MPEG from CD-ROM without installing software
