Not sure if this is the right list, but here it goes: Google does not seem

Hi,
Look at
drivers/media/video/cafe_ccic.c
And examine cafe_pci_probe() and the definition and use of the
sensor_call() macro.
Also note
$ grep -Ril ov7670 drivers/media/video/*
will show you in what drivers, the ov7670 might be used.
I had a look at cafe_ccic.c and also at vpi

Hello List,
I have a Gentoo based VDR Distribution named Gen2VDR.
As the name said its main application is VDR.
Until kernel 2.6.33 I bundled the v4l-dvb drivers emerged via the gentoo ebuild
with my distribution.
Now with kernel 2.6.34 this doesn't work anymore, because v4l-dvb doesn't
compile.
Hi,

The following series is my current patch queue.
The first five patches remove some of the ir-functions.c legacy from hardware
drivers (sadly I don't have the hardware so I can only compile test the
resulting code).
The next two patches are the same sysfs centralization patches I've sent before

With the current logic, each raw decoder needs to add a copy of the exact
same sysfs code. This is both unnecessary and also means that (re)loading
an IR driver after raw decoder modules have been loaded won't work as
expected.
This patch moves that logic into ir-raw-event and adds a single sysfs
This patch moves the state from each raw decoder into the
ir_raw_event_ctrl struct.
This allows the removal of code like this:
spin_lock(&decoder_lock);
list_for_each_entry(data, &decoder_list, list) {
if (data->ir_dev == ir_dev)
break;
Haven't discussed this patch on the linux-media list yet, but
merging rc-map.h into ir-core.h at least makes it much easier
for me to get a good overview of the entire rc-core subsystem
(and to make sweeping changes). Not sure if everyone agrees?

Hi,
i wonder what needs to be done to support this usb stick also know as Pinnacle
PCTV DVB-T (usb: eb1a:2870).
The stick has a MT2060 tuner and a Zarlink ZL10353 dvb frontend.
My kernel (2.6.32) does not "know" this board out-of-the-box but mention it as
card=45 in dmesg.
But it does not work

Hi, Mauro,
Linus has quietly ignored a couple of pull requests for this driver; I
guess he's gotten tired of me this time around or something. There's
little profit in pushing the issue, so, can you just send it up through
your tree (for 2.6.36 at this point) instead?
