For WiFi issues in Lubuntu try turning off wifi power management and see if it helps. Below command is only good until restart so nothing can be messed up. sudo iwconfig wlp3s0 power off "wlp3s0" may need to be changed to name of your network adapter which can be found by running "ifconfig."-- L
