Hi, everyone,
We hope to release LyX 2.4.0 in the next couple months. Before then,
there is some work that needs to be done on the documentation. If you've
always wanted to contribute to LyX but haven't because you don't know
how to code, then this is your chance!
The main task that needs doing

No preferred Linux distribution and indeed we have users on the dev list and
user list from several different ones.
That said, I'm certain that such a command can be written for Windows, so don't
switch just for that :). I just do not know how to write it on Windows. The
main idea would

How to reproduce
1.) Open lyx file e.g. Additional.lyx
2.) select AdvFind
3.) select regexp-mode
4.) insert any text not in this file
5.) select search for section
6.) change to not ignore format
7.) start search
8.) cancel the search (with escape)

JMarc and all,
Tom and I use knitr extensively for R code chunks, and we mostly use kable
with kableExtra to make tables.
The input to kable are R data frames, or data.tables, which are the result
of model fitting and related calculations.
But we like to put mathematical expressions in selected

I’m having 5 files in list and the first entry has nullptr as private data.
Hi Stephan,
Sorry for late answer. Does it crash always on choosing the first file
in Recent list? I cannot reproduce this on Windows and

The development version, unreleased version is 3.0.0.
As soon as the first test version is released it gets the 3.0.1, the next one

When the release candidates stage is over and a stable version is released as
