I have a problem, I finally was able to get my n-to-infinity directly
underneath the word "lim" using Edit>Math>change limit types>Display.
The problem is I cant get it to DVI or PDF because I get the following
error: Limit Controls must follow a math operator.

to change word ‘and’ to ‘dan’ (Indonesian language of ‘and’) in bibliography
