Hello, I would like to make a suggestion for a new feature. When I try to compile a file using LyX and there is a syntax error, the LaTeX protocol tells me in which line the error occurred. If there were line numbers displayed in the sources window, it would give me a clue where in my LyX

hello, I downloaded the source for lyx lyx-1.4.1.tar.gz from ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/stable/ but I see no source code. The config directory has a bunch of .m4 files, and a handful of scripts. what have i missed? I'm sure its something dumb... thanks
